ClassLift Docs

Welcome to the ClassLift documentation. ClassLift is the software that runs your studio's business — memberships, scheduling, point of sale, check-in, communications, reporting, and facility access — with everything included for one transparent price. These guides show you how to use it, with real-world examples and screenshots throughout.

🚀 New to ClassLift? Start with Getting Started — a step-by-step checklist that walks a studio owner through setting everything up, from your first location to going live with members.

How these docs are organized

The guide is split by who you are, so you can jump straight to what's relevant. Everything is open — read any section you like.

If you are… Start here
A studio owner, manager, front-desk staffer, or instructor running the business Staff & Owner Guide — the back office
A member booking classes and managing your account Member Guide — the web portal and mobile app

Every page is labeled at the top with who it's for. Pages link freely across sections — a staff guide will point to the matching member guide where it helps.

Who's who

ClassLift has a few roles. Most pages call out which ones apply.

Role What they do
Studio Owner Full control of the studio, including billing.
Manager Runs the studio day to day; everything except platform billing.
Front-desk Staff Checks members in, takes payments, books classes, looks up members.
Instructor Sees their own teaching schedule and class rosters.
Member Books classes, checks in, and manages their own membership.
