| Reports | Detailed, tabbed views of revenue, membership, attendance, retention, classes, and retail — each exportable as CSV. |
| Insight | A plain-English callout of something worth your attention, with a recommended action and a shortcut to act. |
| Period | The time window for the numbers — 7d, 30d, or 90d. |
| CSV export | Download any chart or table as a spreadsheet with the CSV button. |
How it works
- Open the Dashboard for the headline numbers over your chosen period.
- Dig into Reports when you want detail — pick a tab, set the period and location, and export what you need.
- Check Insights for what to act on — each insight links you straight to the relevant screen, and can even become an automation.
Where to find it
- Dashboard (Overview → Dashboard): the home screen. Everyone on staff sees it.
- Reports (Insights → Reports): the tabbed deep dive, including the Insights tab. Owners and managers.
