A few everyday booking situations, whatever kind of studio you go to.
1. Booking your regular yoga class
Situation: You go to the same 6:00 PM Vinyasa class every Monday and want your spot.
Setup steps:
- Open Schedule and tap Monday along the top (or scroll to Monday in the portal).
- Open the 6:00 PM Vinyasa class and tap Book.
- You're booked — check in when you arrive and it's marked attended.
2. A popular class is full
Situation: The Saturday HIIT class you want already shows Class full.
Setup steps:
- Open the class — if a waitlist is open, you'll see Class full · waitlist open in the app.
- Tap Join waitlist.
- If someone cancels, you're moved in automatically and notified — no need to keep checking.
3. Booking a class for your child
Situation: You're on a family plan and want to book your daughter into the after-school dance class.
Setup steps:
- Open the class details and find the Booking for row.
- Tap your daughter's name, then Book.
- Book yourself into your own class the same way, from the same screen.
4. Something came up — cancelling in time
Situation: You booked tomorrow's CrossFit class but can't make it.
Setup steps:
- Open Bookings, find the class under Upcoming, and tap Cancel booking.
- Confirm on Cancel this booking?
- Your spot is released to the waitlist. Cancelling early avoids a late cancel against your plan.
Tips for everyone
- Booking reserves your spot; checking in marks your attendance. They're two separate steps.
- If you can't make a class, cancel it — that frees the spot for someone waiting and keeps you clear of late-cancel penalties.
