For: Owners & Managers

Real-world ways studios use their numbers.

1. A Monday-morning pulse check

Situation: You want a quick read on how last week went.

Setup steps:

  1. Open the Dashboard and switch the period to 7d.
  2. Scan the headline cards — Net revenue, Check-ins, Class fill rate — and their change vs the prior week.
  3. If a number looks off, open Reports and the matching tab for the detail.

2. Chasing down churn

Situation: An insight warns that churn is above benchmark.

Setup steps:

  1. On the Insights tab, open the churn insight and click its action link — it drops you on the Retention tab.
  2. Open the At-risk members list, select the members, and Message or Tag them.
  3. Click Automate on the insight to set up a recurring win-back so this runs itself next time.

3. Rebalancing the schedule

Situation: Some classes are half-empty and you want to trim the timetable.

Setup steps:

  1. Open Reports → Classes & Staff.
  2. Read Underutilized classes (below 50% fill) — these are candidates to reschedule or cut.
  3. Export the Class fill rate table with CSV to share with your instructors.

4. Month-end bookkeeping

Situation: You need revenue and retail figures for your books.

Setup steps:

  1. Open Reports, set the period to 30d.
  2. On the Revenue tab, export Revenue over time and the Active plans table with CSV.
  3. On the Retail tab, export Sales over time and Top products.

Tips for all studios

  • Let Insights point you to the right report instead of hunting through every tab.
  • Anything you find yourself doing every month (a win-back, a payment-failed nudge) is a candidate for an automation.
