Settings is where you configure how your studio runs — your organization profile and default policies, your team and their roles, your ClassLift subscription, and your notification channels.
Key Concepts
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization | Your business profile — name, logo, timezone — and the default policies new classes inherit. |
| Default policies | Studio-wide fallbacks for booking, no-shows, check-in grace, scheduling, reminders, and currency. |
| Team | Everyone with back-office access, their roles, and which locations they can reach. |
| Billing | Your studio's own ClassLift subscription (owner-only). |
| Notification channels | Which channels ClassLift uses to reach you and your members. |

Everything is under the Settings section of the sidebar (owners and managers):
- Organization — profile, logo, timezone, and default policies.
- Team — staff, roles, and location access.
- Billing — your ClassLift subscription (owners only).
