When a class is full but your studio allows a waitlist, you can join the line. If a spot frees up, the next person is moved in automatically — no need to keep checking.

Joining a waitlist

1. Open a full class. In the app, a full class with room to wait shows Class full · waitlist open.
2. Tap Join waitlist (the web portal's detail screen says Join the waitlist).
3. You'll see Added to the waitlist.

Getting a spot

• Waitlists work first-come, first-served. When someone cancels, the person at the top of the list is moved into the class automatically and notified.
• If you're moved in, you'll get a notification — so keep notifications turned on for your studio.

Leaving a waitlist

If your plans change, cancel your waitlist spot the same way you'd cancel a booking — see Managing your bookings. You'll see Left the waitlist.

Tips

• Joining a waitlist doesn't guarantee a spot — it only reserves your place in line.
• If you no longer want the class, leave the waitlist so the spot can pass to someone else.
