Your profile and health info

For: Members

Keep your contact details current and share the emergency info your studio may need. Both live under Account.

Your profile

Open Account → Profile:

  • Full name and Phone — edit these and tap Save changes (the app says Profile saved; the web portal says Profile updated).
  • Email is managed by your sign-in and can't be changed here.

Add a profile photo

Your photo appears next to your name wherever your studio sees you — check-ins, messages, and class rosters. Set it from the Photo control at the top of Account → Profile:

  • Tap Upload photo (the app calls it Add photo) and choose an image. Use a PNG, JPG, or WebP file under 2 MB.
  • Already have one? The button reads Replace photo (Change photo in the app) to swap it, or tap Remove to go back to your initials.
  • In the app, you can crop the picture to a square before it saves.

Your photo saves on its own the moment you pick it — you don't need to tap Save changes. You'll see Photo updated to confirm. If you don't add a photo, your initials are shown instead.

Your health & emergency info

Open Account → Health info (the app calls it Health & emergency). This is information you provide — your studio's staff can view it for your safety, but they can't edit it.

Fill in what's relevant and tap Save health info:

Field What it's for
Emergency contact Who to call in an emergency, and their phone.
Medical conditions Anything relevant to your training.
Allergies Anything staff should know.
Other notes Anything else you'd like them to have.

Everything here is optional — share what you're comfortable with.

Tips

  • Keep your Phone current so your studio can reach you about a class change.
  • Your health info is only what you enter — update it if anything changes.
