Members
For: Owners, Managers & Front-desk Staff
The Members area is your directory of everyone with a membership — where you look people up, invite new members, manage each person's membership, and keep their records (waivers, notes, tags, and health info) in one place.
Key Concepts
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Member | Someone with a membership at your studio. Each member has a status, a plan, and a record. |
| Membership status | Where a membership stands: active, frozen (paused), past due (payment failed), or cancelled. |
| Plan | The membership plan a member is on. You create plans under Plans — see Membership Plans. |
| Dependent | A member — typically a child — with no email or login, managed by a guardian. |
| Waiver / document | An agreement a member signs. Their signing status shows on their profile. |
| Notes & tags | Internal notes (never shown to the member) and short labels like vip or trial you use to group and filter members. |
How it works
- Invite a member — you email them a link to join on a plan; they confirm their details and sign any waivers to activate.
- They appear in the directory with their status, plan, and renewal date.
- Open a member to see their full record — membership, documents, family, notes, tags, and health info.
- Manage the membership over time — freeze, reactivate, change plan, or cancel.
Where to find it
- Directory (Members → Directory): search and filter everyone, and invite new members.
- A member's profile: click any row in the directory.
