Common plan setups for different kinds of studios.
1. Unlimited monthly at a yoga studio
Situation: A yoga studio wants a simple all-you-can-attend membership.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Plan name | Unlimited Monthly |
| Price | $120.00 |
| Billing period | Monthly, every 1 |
| Class allowance | Unlimited classes |
| Location access | All locations |
How it works: Members are billed $120 a month and can book any class at any location.
2. A 10-class monthly plan
Situation: A boutique studio wants a lower-priced plan capped at ten classes a month.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Plan name | 10 Classes / Month |
| Price | $89.00 |
| Billing period | Monthly, every 1 |
| Class allowance | Limited — 10 classes per period |
| Location access | All locations |
How it works: Members can book up to ten classes each billing period.
3. A drop-in / trial plan
Situation: You want to invite trials and drop-ins without charging a subscription.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Plan name | Drop-in / Trial |
| Price | $0.00 |
| Billing period | Monthly, every 1 |
| Class allowance | Limited — 1 class per period |
| Location access | Only specific locations |
How it works: A $0 plan lets you invite and track someone before they commit to a paid membership.
4. A flat family plan for a multi-location gym
Situation: A gym wants one membership that covers a whole family across locations, for a single monthly price.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Plan name | Family Unlimited |
| Price | $199.00 |
| Billing period | Monthly, every 1 |
| Class allowance | Unlimited classes |
| Location access | All locations |
| Group plan | On — Flat rate (family), Member limit 6 |
| Show on the public sign-up page | On |
How it works: One payer covers up to six family members for a flat $199 a month — the price is the same whether they cover one person or six. Because it's listed on the sign-up page, a parent can start it themselves and then add their household (including children with no login, via Add a child).
5. A per-seat corporate wellness plan
Situation: A studio sells memberships to local employers, priced per employee.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Plan name | Corporate Wellness |
| Price | $60.00 (per seat) |
| Billing period | Monthly, every 1 |
| Class allowance | Unlimited classes |
| Location access | All locations |
| Group plan | On — Per seat (corporate), Max seats 50 |
| Show on the public sign-up page | Off (locked — set by your studio) |
How it works: The employer is billed $60 for each active employee it covers, up to 50 seats. Per-seat plans are automatically hidden from the public sign-up page, so only your studio can put a company on one — see Groups.
Tips for all studios
- Start simple — one unlimited plan and one capped plan cover most studios.
- Pick the group model to match the offer: a flat rate for households on one price, per seat for companies paying per employee.
- Use Every to build quarterly or annual plans (for example Every 3 with Monthly).
