Your activity and access

For: Members

See a history of what you've done, and check the door access your studio has issued you. Both live under Account.

Your activity

Open Account → Your activity for a history of your account — grouped by day, newest first. It includes things like:

• You booked a class / You cancelled a booking / You joined a waitlist
• You checked in / A staff member checked you in
• You signed a document / Your health info was updated

Tap Load more to see older activity.

Your access credentials

Open Account → Access credentials to see the door and check-in access your studio has issued you, by location. Each shows its status (for example active or pending) and when it last synced.

This is view-only — your studio issues and manages access through its own system. If something looks wrong, ask the front desk.

Tips

• Use Your activity to confirm a booking or check-in went through.
• Access credentials update automatically as your membership changes — there's nothing to set here.
