Checking in at a kiosk
For: Members
Some studios have a self-service kiosk — a tablet near the entrance where you check yourself in. You can scan your code or, if you don't have your phone, find your name.
Scanning your code
- On the kiosk you'll see Check in and Hold your QR code up to the camera.
- Open Check in in your app to show Your check-in code.
- Hold your phone up to the kiosk camera.
- The kiosk shows You're checked in! and resets on its own for the next person.
Can't scan? Search your name
If you don't have your phone:
- On the kiosk, tap Can't scan? Search your name.
- On the Find your name screen, type your name and tap search.
- Pick yourself from the list — a masked phone number next to each name helps you find the right one.
- The kiosk confirms your check-in.
If nothing matches, the kiosk shows No matches. Check the spelling or ask a staff member. — and a staff member can always check you in by name.
Tips
- The code on your screen refreshes every 30 seconds. If a scan fails, wait a moment and try again — you don't need to reopen anything.
- Bringing children with you? See Checking in your family.
