Family
For: Members
If you're a guardian, Family shows the people you manage — usually your children — so you can book classes and check them in without a separate account for each of them.
Key Concepts
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Dependent | Someone you manage, like a child, with no separate login of their own. |
| Manage | You can book, check in, and sign for this dependent. |
| Pickup only | You can check this dependent in, but not book or sign for them. |
Viewing your family
Open Account → Family (in the app or the web portal). Each person you manage is listed with their name and what you can do for them — Manage or Pickup only. Children show a Minor badge.
If you don't manage anyone, you'll see No dependents.
What you can do
From your everyday screens you can:
- Book a class for a dependent — on the class details, pick their name under Booking for. See Booking a class.
- Check a dependent in — show your own check-in code and choose who's with you. See Checking in your family.
Adding a child
If you own a family membership, you can add your own child from Account → My team → Add a child: enter their name and date of birth, confirm you're their parent or guardian, and consent to signing the studio's documents on their behalf. See Adding a child.
Otherwise — if you don't run a family group, or you need to change a relationship or give someone their own login — ask your studio and they'll set it up from their side.
