Booking classes
For: Members
Browse your studio's schedule, book the classes you want, join a waitlist when one's full, and manage it all from one place. This works the same in the web portal and the mobile app.
Key Concepts
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Schedule | The list of upcoming classes at your studio, with the time, instructor, and spots left. |
| Booking | Your reserved spot in a class. Book it, and check in when you arrive. |
| Waitlist | A line for a full class. If a spot frees up, the next person is moved in automatically and notified. |
| Cancellation window | How far ahead you can cancel without it counting as a late cancel. Your studio sets this. |
| Booking for family | If you guard dependents on a family plan, you can book a class for them as well as yourself. |
How it works
- Open the Schedule and find a class.
- Book it — or join the waitlist if it's full.
- Check in when you arrive (see Checking in), and your booking is marked attended.
- See it under Bookings — your upcoming and past classes, with the option to cancel.
Where to find it
- Schedule: the Schedule tab (mobile) or Schedule in the portal menu.
- Your bookings: the Bookings tab (mobile) or My bookings in the portal.
