Staff & Owner Guide

For: Owners, Managers, Front-desk Staff & Instructors

This is the guide to the ClassLift back office — the console you use to run the studio. What you can see and do depends on your role: owners and managers have the full picture, front-desk staff focus on day-to-day operations, and instructors see their own classes. Each page notes who it's for.

Setting up a new studio? Follow the Getting Started checklist — it puts the steps below in the right order, from your first location to going live with members.

Your role at a glance

Role What you can do
Owner Everything, including the studio's ClassLift billing.
Manager Run the studio day to day — members, scheduling, commerce, communications, reports, settings.
Front-desk Staff Check members in, take payments, book classes, look members up.
Instructor See your teaching schedule and class rosters.

The sidebar shows only the sections your role can use, so you may not see every item below.
